Scope
This policy describes Hamo: Planner & Reminders for iPhone and https://hamo.aodol.com. The app supports personal planning, reminders, execution records, weekly review and encrypted file backup without an account.
Information on your device
Personal plans, tasks, records, custom groups and supported settings are stored on your device. These may contain information that you enter about medication or other health-related routines. The release does not request, read or write Apple Health data. Weekly views summarize local records; they are not medical assessments.
Notifications and Live Activities
If you enable notifications or use a supported Live Activity, iOS presents related information on system surfaces. Detailed Lock Screen content is off by default. If you choose to enable it, people who can see your screen may see additional information. iOS settings and Focus affect presentation and delivery.
Backups you control
You can export an encrypted structured-data backup containing personal plans, tasks, records, custom groups and supported preferences. Public V1 does not include private coaching media. Restoration requires the backup password and presents a preview before confirmation. Exported copies may be stored by the Files provider you select, including a provider that synchronizes files. Manage copies and access in that provider; this is separate from automatic account synchronization within Hamo.
Support and website information
The website uses your browser language to select a default language when you enter through the root address. If you switch languages, it saves only your language preference in this browser’s local storage. This preference is not sent to us; clearing site data removes it.
If you contact support, the operator receives the information you choose to send. The English contact form is hosted by Google Forms. Google processes your reply email, selected topic, message and any optional version information you submit so we can respond. Opening the form takes you to Google; it is not embedded in this website. Please avoid sending health records, backup contents, passwords or other sensitive information. Support records are accessed and handled by the individual operator, 郑贺, using the current support Google account. Google provides the form and storage services. We use these records to respond to support and privacy requests.
This website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and delivery. Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and secure the site, with processing potentially taking place in other countries. Provider retention and international processing follow its service terms and privacy policy (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/). The website code does not include advertising or analytics scripts. Google Forms is opened only when you follow the contact link; its processing follows Google’s privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
App data transmission and third parties
The personal release is configured without family account synchronization, remote family services, advertising or developer-operated analytics services. The app generates local system diagnostic messages for some audio and Live Activity operations; no developer-operated diagnostic upload path was identified in the reviewed source. Apple’s operating-system diagnostics and sharing settings are separate. These statements describe the reviewed personal-release configuration; final distribution-binary and runtime verification remains pending.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Deleting a plan cancels its reminders and removes the plan and associated tasks; it does not delete historical execution records or exported backup files. The reviewed version does not provide a one-step permanent deletion of all app data. Local recovery copies may exist. App data may also be included in device backups according to iOS settings; the app does not establish that its data is excluded from system backups. Manage device backups separately through Apple’s settings. Uninstallation and system-backup restoration behavior still require device verification.
Exported backup copies remain wherever you saved them until you remove them there. We retain support form responses and related correspondence for 12 months after the issue is resolved, then delete the copies under our control. You may request deletion through Contact form by selecting Privacy request. We may ask for information necessary to verify your request. Deletion covers the relevant form response and related email copies under our control; provider-managed backup deletion follows the provider’s processes.
